Atlanna Fi (“Atlanna Fi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit atlannafi.com (the “Site”), join our waitlist, or participate in our referral program, and how we use and protect that information.
By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide. Your email address, and optionally your name, when you sign up for the waitlist; any referral code you enter; and any message you send us at support@atlannafi.com.
- Referral activity. If you share your personal referral link, we record which signups are attributed to your link so we can calculate your position and tier in the waitlist.
- Automatically collected information. Standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this for security, abuse prevention, and basic analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use a small number of first-party cookies and local storage entries to keep you signed in to your referral dashboard and remember your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Confirm your spot on the waitlist and operate your referral dashboard;
- Send you transactional emails (confirmation, referral milestones, and product launch notifications);
- Send you an optional weekly digest with your stats and program updates — you may unsubscribe at any time;
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents (for example, fake signups or referral manipulation);
- Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.
We will not use your information to market unrelated third-party products.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We use vetted vendors to host the Site, send transactional email, and provide analytics. These vendors process information only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal compliance. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Atlanna Fi, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If Atlanna Fi is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you by email or a prominent Site notice before any such transfer.
4. Data Retention
We keep your waitlist information until you ask us to delete it or for as long as needed to operate the waitlist and the referral program. After the product launches, we may continue to use your email to send you product updates unless you opt out. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes and then deleted or anonymized.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You may, at any time:
- Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@atlannafi.com;
- Unsubscribe from non-transactional emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any digest email;
- Withdraw from the waitlist, which will delete your record (including referral attribution data linked to it).
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or similar laws. These can include the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 6. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit and access controls on our databases. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. International Users
Atlanna Fi operates in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using the Site, you consent to that transfer.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective” date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email or by a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
